Starting from 1st July 2013 Croatia implemented new centralized operating system named CIMIS.
In line with it’s requirements following vessel certificates need to be presented to relevant port authorities at least 48 hours prior to arrival at Croatian territorial waters:

a) Bunker Convention Insurance
b) Carriage of passengers by sea Insurance
c) Anti-fouling System Certificate
d) Certificate of Registry, CLC Certificate
e) ISSC Certificate
f) Wreck Removal Insurance
g) Liability for maritime claims Insurance
h) Document of compliance for the carriage of dangerous goods in packaged form or the authorization for carriage dangerous solids

If above stated documents are Not Available on Board, Entry in Croatian Territorial Waters will be denied.
