Croatian government accepted an offer from Uljanik Shipyard for purchase of 3. Maj under special conditions. For one USD Uljanik Shipyard buys 1,051.540 shares of 3. Maj that make up 83.36 percent of the share capital. Upon purchase completion reconstruction of 3.
